DESCRIPTION:The Chesapeake Stormwater Network (CSN) is a small non-profit organization dedicated to promoting more sustainable stormwater management in the Chesapeake Bay. CSN’s two-person team facilitates an interactive network of thousands of stormwater professionals to collaborate\, share resources\, and advance the science behind our work to restore urban watersheds across the Bay.  This year would have been CSN’s 10th Stormwater Partner’s Retreat\, and while we are disappointed that we won’t be able to gather in-person\, we are excited to announce our virtual Retreat alternative: The Runoff Rendezvous. \nBelow are the descriptions for each of the events scheduled for the Runoff Rendezvous. All panels are FREE and will be held virtually over Zoom webinar. \nThe kickoff event is an awards ceremony for the BUBBAs on March 10\, from 3-5 PM. \nClimate Change and Extreme Rainfall: Translating Future Projections into More Resilient Urban Communities – March 16\, 2021  \nNew Paradigms to Manage Future Urban Floods in the Bay Watershed – March 18\, 2021 \nDeveloping the Next Generation of Stormwater Design Criteria – March 22\, 2021\nConfronting DEIJ Issues in Urban Watersheds and our Stormwater Profession – March 29\, 2021 \nSecrets of the Rich and Famous: Tips on More Effective Restoration Grantsmanship – March 31\, 2021\nSeeing the Forest Through the Trees in the Bay Watershed – April 2\, 2021 \nFinished and Un-finished Business in Stream Restoration – April 6\, 2021\n1.5 CBLP CEUs are available for each 90 minute panel.  No CEUs for the BUBBA awards or happy hour event\, but you are encouraged to attend! \n
