DESCRIPTION:Turning a New Leaf 2023 will be held in person on the shores of the Chesapeake Bay\, with featured speakers: Abra Lee\, who will discuss Black Horticulture History\, Heather Holm on Creating and Managing Landscaping for Native Bees and Wasps. Plus lots of other engaging speakers. \nWednesday\, December 6: \n\nSpecial session for certified CBLP professionals\, “Stormwater for Poets and Philosophers”\nCash bar happy hour\nWelcome dinner- speaker: Joel Dunn\, Chesapeake Conservancy; Marcy Damon Conservation Landscaping Award presentation\n\nThursday\, December 7 – Conference with continental breakfast and lunch included- 9 AM – 5 PM \nFriday\, December 8 – Two AM field trip options: 1) Living shorelines or 2) Eastern Shore sampler tour \nSponsorships opportunities are available and registration is open!  Save $20 if you register by October 22. \nCBLP – and many other CEUs available.
