DESCRIPTION:These are challenging times for the communities responsible for maintaining a healthy tree canopy. There seems to be an alarming spread of blights\, infestations\, and extreme weather affecting our trees resulting in a diminishing tree canopy. Leafy\, arching canopies of elm\, ash\, oak\, and London plane trees over our streets and parks are declining.
