DESCRIPTION:MAHSC is a nationally-recognized annual training for professionals in the Green Industries\, sponsored by the Virginia Horticultural Foundation. Every winter it’s an innovative program for all levels of horticultural staff to gain professional certifications or maintain them by earning CEUs. \nFeatured speakers include Colston Burrell\, Claudia West\, CBLP steering committee member\, Laurie Fox\, and certified CBLP\, Peggy Singlemann.  Topics include climate change\, sea level rise\, resiliency planning\, bioretention\, planting design\, invasive management\, and phytoremediation. \nThe CBLP L1 exam will be given on January 18\, 5:30 – 8:30 PM \nCBLP CEUs are available for many class sessions.
