Bees are tiny, one bush or one clump of perennials is often all it takes to foster native bees in your yard. Within a mile of your yard (urban or rural) there are at least over 100 species of bees looking for the right plants. Decline of honeybees is well documented, but trends in local native bee species remain uncertain. What do we know about native bees?
