We will be on the Quad at American University on July 18, 2019 offering four different sessions, and up to 20 classes to choose from, fantastic food (breakfast and lunch) and drinks. Parking is included. The Trade Show will have new and interesting equipment and demonstrations too. Come for the excellent classes being offered and stay for the fantastic brisket (other choices available for non red meat eaters)!
