Mr. Yencha serves as Educator on the statewide Water Quality Extension Team.  Join us as he explains the purpose of municipal separate storm sewer systems, the requirements DEP places on some communities when it comes to their storm water management activities, the benefits of separating municipal sanitary and storm sewer systems to protect surface and groundwater quality, and the large role Community Forest Managers play in educating, forming policy  and taking on-site actions for improving storm water management.
