Hands on Rain Garden and Conservation Landscape Installation Workshop

Montgomery College in partnership with Montgomery County Department of Environmental Protection RainScapes Program is offering a   “Hands on Rain Garden and Conservation Landscape Installation Workshop” as a follow up from this past winter’s RainScapes Environmental Site Design Workshop.  This is a one day workshop, September 11^th, 9am-3pm.  We will be going over a site at Stadler Nurseries in Laytonsville, MD to determine drainage area, sizing the Rain Garden and Conservation Landscape, design criteria/layout and installing the gardens from start to finish.  This workshop is free but you must register in advance.
